Admission Requirements
- 2X2 Recent ID Picture
- Authenticated copy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Marriage Certificate for Female Married Student Only
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Report Card or School Form 9 (SF9)
- Permanent Record School Form 10 (SF10)
Enrollment Procedure
- Secure a copy of your previous grades from the registrar
- Proceed to the Finance Office for assessment of fees
- Pay the required tuition and fees
- Present the official receipt to the registrar for enrollment confirmation
- Get your class schedule and ID card
- Submit the completed admission form
- Present all required documents (PSA Birth Certificate, Good Moral Certificate, Report Card/SF9)
- Take the entrance assessment/evaluation
- Proceed to the Finance Office for assessment of fees
- Pay the required tuition and fees
- Enroll in your chosen program and get your class schedule
- Obtain your ID card and student handbook
- Submit the completed admission form with transfer credentials
- Present Honorable Dismissal from previous school
- Submit all academic records (TOR, SF9/SF10)
- Undergo crediting evaluation by the academic department
- Take the entrance assessment/evaluation
- Proceed to the Finance Office for assessment of fees
- Pay the required tuition and fees
- Enroll in your accepted subjects and get your class schedule
- Obtain your ID card and student handbook
