Bachelor of Science in Nursing

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Β prepares graduates to function as professional nurses in various settings and builds foundations for continued professional growth. The program develops self-awareness, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to assess health issues, intervene, and promote health and illness prevention for individuals and families. Graduates must pass theΒ Nursing Licensure Exam (NLE)Β administered by the PRC. Key competencies include safe, quality nursing care, resource and environment management, health education, legal and ethico-moral responsibility, personal and professional development, quality improvement, research, record management, communication, and teamwork.
